no they are not illegal in Canada. This was a law that was put in place in the US when we cut off trading with Cuba, this included cuban cigars. So this is a US thing, our problems with Cuba led to us not being able to have cuban cigars and has nothing to do with Canada. |

No, they are not, and you can purchase them there...jsut make sure you smoke them there, too. Bringing them acorss the border is illegal...which, when you think about it, is ridiculous, considering that you can bring just about anything from China, the worlds largest and most powerful communist nation, which just recently was accused of having top secret information passed to it through a spy network...according to our government. Odd arrangement we have. |

No, they are not illegal in Canada.
They sell cuban cigars here but they are not as good as the one's that you get in cuba.
I went to cuba and brought some back to canada with me. You are allowed but there is a restriction to How many your allowed. (much like ciggarettes and alcohol) as long as you are under the allowable limit your fine. |
