it really depends on how one pronounces them, most Canadians refer to people from the states as "Americans" or "Yanks" and when put in context of the statement can be derogatory especially when using a VERY descriptive adjective that begins with the letter F

Most Canadians don't think about Americans long enough to bother coming up with any derogatory terms.
And frankly, why would we?

I have never heard any. I think most people in Canada refer to those in the US as Americans. The worst thing I can think of is calling Americans Yankees, but that certainly isn't a derogatory term. It's straight out of the history books.

It's more in the way we roll our eyes when referring to Americans than what we are too polite to say.

I'd go with the first answerer. Mostly just referred as Americans, but it's the tone one uses when saying the word.

In small tourist towns they are sometimes referred to as Cranky Yankees. But we also have derogatory terms for Canadian tourists... City-ots.
