Women in Canada are no smarter than women anywhere else. Each person is different and smart in different ways. I do believe that many women have a differnt kind of "smart" than men, since we tend to look at the world differently. And of course women in Canada are affected by the relaxed safe society in which they live where it is rare to see a gun, crime is relatively low (though increasing), health care is free, and there are excellent social safety nets. We are known for our peace keeping and humanitarian work. All these factors must affect the kind of "smart" of Canadian women, and men. |
