Yes, I am a proud Canadian.
Things are obviously not so great because of the recession but there's no country I'd rather be in during good or bad times than the great white north, strong and free. You are wise to get such a great education to set you up in a promising career. I was not so wise and now find myself being laid off from the job I have had for the past ten years.
Fortunately the government is paying for me to go back to school and will pay me EI until I am finished my studies. Only in Canada. I would rather be unemployed in Canada than employed in any other country. Even though I am out of a job I am still optimistic and I know that my government won't abandon me.
It would be nice if the Leafs could make the play-offs every so often.
