BBQ, i live in a Toronto condo-i am not allowed to have a flame BBQ, any laws to protect me and BBQ?

Ontario it's against the law.The fire marshall law is you barbecues especially ones that use a propane umless the balcony is open (no enclosures
or walls have been erected); but it all depends on your condo board and how tall your building is prohibited by the Condominium Act
of your building; or
• prohibited by the building owner or
property manager of a rental
property.
