Well, maybe that's just ,me because I live here, but whatever. ;)
Our crime rate isn't the lowest ever, but it's not the worst, either. The education levels are pretty good, as well as the community.
And to 'HcRaYLe,' a LOT of people want to go to Canada; immigrants, refugees from war, poverty-struck people. Life is pretty good in Canada - we're very lucky. Don't take your life for granted. |

Victoria for sure. Low crime, nice people and beautiful scenery. It's not too big and not too small. It's close to Vancouver and the Gulf Islands which are only a short ferry trip away and also very beautiful. |

London, Ontario, but... I'm sure it isn't the best, it is just the city that is most remember able to me since I had spent nearly 3 months there.
It is much like a city, kinda almost ghetto in the area I was in.... So really, probably far from the best, but the only one I have been to. |
