Booking a flight to Canada for christmas, is it best to book now or get a late cheap deal??

Do flights work the same when they are long distance, say to the states or Canada, the same as they would to Benidorm, with the possibility of booking a late deal and getting a bargain???

You may get a late deal but do you take the chance of not getting a seat. Christmas is a busy time with everyone trying to get home.

Book now! You will not get a flight if you wait much longer.

If I were you I would book now 'cos if you don't you might miss the boat, oops sorry I mean plane! Christmas is a busy time.

Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year for airlines. My advice would be that if you absolutely want to be sure of a seat, get your ticket now.

If you don't care if you show up a few days early or a few days late, then you can try to fly on standby and hope a seat opens up for you.

You may save a bit more flying on standby than you would have buying a ticket well in advance, but I suspect it won't be as much of a saving as at other times of the year because a lot of people will be competing for seats.

check out www.canadianaffair.com.I wouldn't book a flight with Globespan as they get terrible reviews.Hope this helps

Well, I have just been looking at flights to go home to Canada, check out zoom airlines, air transat, globe span, they are all charter companies, but great prices and nice service. I only fly them when I go back home. Christmas is a very expensive time, but if you start looking now, you might get a good deal. If you fly a week or so before Christmas, you might get a cheaper flight.
Good luck.
Christmas in Canada- how nice

To avoid disappointment I'd book now. Most flights tend to be more pr icy at Christmas anyway. You don't want to leave it too late and then not get a flight.
Try looking on expedia website,
