Yes. You can cross any US border with your bcertificate and ID and then fly within the USA without a passport. It's only international travel with the USA as a stopover that is affected at this time.

Yes. I did it 3 weeks ago. I drove to Seattle, then flew to Orlando. No passport needed. At the border you must show a picture ID to customs.

Passports are not a required form of identification when flying within the US. A government issued ID, such as your Driver License will be sufficient.
Next year you will need a passport to cross the US - Canada border, but it is not yet a requirement.

Yes, I live in Toronto and my parents do that all the time. They go to Buffalo and fly to Raleigh to visit our relatives. It's a lot cheaper, because they have more airlines. Fly with Southwest or JetBlue. They usually have low prices.
