Can I donate a proton of USA land to Canada?

I want to do something for Canada as an American citizen but I know if I give away a noticeable piece of land to Canada, the US government will deem my action illegal without USA government approval.

But nowhere in the USA Constitution does it say a "PROTON" of USA soil can't be donated (in the nucleus of an ATOMIC particle of USA soil!!!!)
You'd think there's a minimum size that is par value of a land share, you know? Probably the smallest size that the smallest human being ever to be born can just squeeze into.

Because raccoons and birds cross the US-Canada border ALL the time, they fly right over it! Right?
Additional Details
So if it's small enough for birds, birds have no regard for national borders. Nor do spruce trees, yellow poppie seeds, oak trees, grizzley bears, river streams

Please... I hope this is a joke. Land is land, it cannot be "claimed" by another country unless: A) They want to fight the other country for it -or- B) The other country is kind enough to give them a small amount.

Besides, what would Canada do with a proton of land? That's crazy.

Also, you cant "donate" land you don't own.

A citizen cannot just "give" part of a sovereign nation to another

Hah, i'll do it with you! Maybe if everyone in the US donated, then we'd have at least a nucleus to donate. But anyway, i don't think it's possible. What you would have to do is purchase your land completely from the US, declare youself no longer a part of the US, and then donate to Canada. It would be expensive and take a very, very long time, but you can do it!
