The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19, so a 17 year old cannot get into a night club in Toronto, not even with the supervision of an adult.

some night clubs have teen nights check with your local clubs. Toronto is a fairly big city so they pobobly have some. If not suggest that they do. RI

Sure a 17yo can get into a club in Toronto ... but you'd need a good fake ID and confidence when talking to the doorman. But, legally a 17yo can't get into a club in Toronto.
However, there are a few all ages clubs in and around Toronto.

If it's licensed as a diningroom yes but if it's just a bar you are under19 the legal drinking age in Ontario and won't be allowed in.

A lot of clubs do all ages nights, or are just always all ages. If alcohol is served there it will be in a separate section where they check ID and don't let anybody holding a drink leave the area.
