Once you have been convicted then probably not. The border patrol may or may not check, but if they do find out that you have been CONVICTED then they will stop you from entering. |

Yes you can come still. At the border, you are only questioned about your whereabouts, show some Id's with picture on it and if you are alone traveling, they will search your car thoroughly at the border. But you can still come over for a day trip. Who would know you are charged of something if you don't show any documentation of that. They will ask you if you are charged with this and that but why will you admit it? I crossed the border many times and they just asked me where I have lived , where you came from, what nationality are you, have I been convicted of anything? of course not and anyone can say that too. They won't check any files of those as the border is too busy ..you know. Easy just like that. But make sure your car is clean and no trace of any drugs or prohibited things that will lead you to disaster, you know what I mean...be safe and keep your car clean from everything cause they will search your car at the border for every bit of whatever they wanna see wrong in there. So clean up your car b4 you hit the road and you're welcome over baby. |
