you can immigrate to anywhere/country you want, but there are processes to follow, rules and situations/reasons that may not get you in to where you want.

I moved to Canada 3 years ago. I returned to England though just under 4 months ago. Anyways. We moved to Quebec. I'm sure you can immigrate from where ever you are. Just remember when applying for a job there, make sure they offer to pay for some moving expenses - like my dad did. It makes a massive effect on the cost of moving. Check out sites such as: -http://www.irisfirm.com/
-http://www.4-corners.com/

You must apply for a visa. You can get a tempory visa (You're
working over there). Or you can apply for permanent residence.

Bye

We need a bit more information than that.

you need to have at least a BA and are going into a job that is needed to get there. If you go to the Canadian website, you will find a check list for immigration. If you are not well educated, I don't see it happening.

well we need a bit more information but let me say that Canada is a very open country and allows immigration. It is a lot easier to get into canada as an immagrint then others.
