No. You can live in a tent if you are in a camp ground. Parks are not allowed.

Doubtful. Parks have operating/admitting hours.

No you may not. You can even be "charged" and receive a fine. You need a permit to operate a hot dog stand in a city/town regulated/owned park. They do not sell permits for camping.

Probably not, they'll probably kick you out at some point.

Municipal Parks tend to have hours of usage and usually are closed by 9pm.

You can live in a tent for a fee in many Provincial Parks but they tend to be located well away from towns.

However, in some places you may find a camp ground not far from the town. There is one just outside of Sault Ste. Marie.
