Can you drive from Canada to Brazil?

Logistically, obviously it's thousands upon thousands of miles. And needless to say you'd hit some interesting snags. But since they're not separated by any mass of water, can't it in fact be done, and has anyone heard of anybody ever doing it?

Go in a season where its dry in Central America to avoid floods and mudslides, closed roads. Like...summer.

about 5 yrs ago u couldnt because of the panama canal and the roads where very poor and some part of the road over there is under water everyday
