There are several possibilities, including the ones mentioned by others here, but also try, "Director or Manager of Accommodation" or "Director or Manager of Corporate Services". |

It would vary with the kind of workplace, but Building Manager would be what you are calling facilities manager. Maintenance would be looking after the services such as electrical, plumbing, etc. There would also be building supervisor and maintenance supervisor, depending upon how big the company is. |
