Canada Wheather...?

I'll be going to Canada from August 4 - 10. I was wondering how's the weather there, so i won't be bringing the wrong clothings.

I'll be in Vancouver, Golden and Kelowna, and visit at Colombia Icefield.. if that helps. Thank you!

Kelowna will be hot because it's in a valley, whereas the columbia icefeilds will be cool so your looking at a big difference, I'd bring t-shirts and shorts for kelowna and vancouver and pants and a sweater for the mountains. If your going into Banff and Jasper national parks, and obviously you are because that's where the icefeilds are, be sure to visit Lake Louise and Morraine Lake, both are near the village of Lake Louise 1 hour south of the columbia icefeilds.

Hello.

August is very hot in the interior where you are going, be prepared for anywhere from 35C to 45 C (notice that is Celsius, not farenheit) and Vancouver is a little cooler. The Columbia icefield will also be warm - maybe around 30 C or so -

August is not generally a rainy month, bring swim suits, shorts, t shirts, sandles, jeans, a sweat shirt, sun screen etc

Evenings in the mountains are usually cooler so a fleece is handy to have just in case - it'll also work for the icefield. Mostly however, it'll be hot.

T-shirts, shorts. Rancoat (just in case) for Vancouver. Light jacket for Columbia Icefields but I was fine with my sweatshirt around my waist. If camping in the mountains take along warmer and waterproof gear to be properly prepared.

Bring light clothing such as tops and jeans for your stay. But don't forget a warm sweater or blazer to keep you cozy at night, it gets pretty chilly there from sunset on. ;) have a blast! Bye.
