The provinces are:
Ontario
Quebec
Nova Scotia
New Brunswick
Manitoba
British Columbia
Prince Edward Island
Saskatchewan
Alberta
Newfoundland and Labrador

Territories are:
Northwest Territories
Yukon
Nunavut

Also, Toronto is a city in Ontario (which is a province). And Toronto is the Capital city of Ontario.
The areas near Tornoto are more populated than elsewhere in Ontario too

Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories

Alberta
British Columbia
Manitoba
New Brunswick
Newfoundland and Labrador
Nova Scotia
Ontario
Prince Edward Island
Quebec
Saskatchewan

Northwest Territories
Nunavut
Yukon Territory

And the difference is that Toronto is a city (largest and most populated city in Canada) and Ontario is a province.Btw each province has a capital and Toronto is the capital of Ontario.Ottawa is the capital of Canada.

Our provinces/territories are equivalent to a state. People have listed out the various provinces and territories. Anything other than those would be a city/town.

Oh dear...
Canada has 10 provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.

There are also 3 territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon Territory.

The difference between Ontario and Toronto is that Ontario is a province and Toronto is a city. Toronto is the capital city of Ontario.
