Canadian cigarettes impotence warning? |
A friend of mine that used to play hockey in Winnipeg told me that cigarettes have a symbol of a "limp" cigarette on the side of the pack. I found this funny, as you can imagine, and also difficult to believe. Does anybody know for sure? Maybe a link with pictures?

I have never seen that. Packs have random big disgusting health/diseased related images of on them with a related warning. Like not good for pregnancy or causes cancer, etc.

I traveled through Newfoundland and I found the smokes to be better than the ones here in the lower 48. However, on the package was a picture of a mouth with gum disease.
Kinda gross, but I got over it. |

Yeah we DEFINITELY have the limp smoke on the pack warning label. This is the only "funny" one though... most are disgusting photos of hearts, brains and or lungs showing the effects of smoking.
It's been like that for at least 5 years now. |

I don't know nor do I care ,not being of either the Canadian or male persuasion. Nor a smoker either, now that I think of it. Pretty funny though if its true. Gives me an idea for a funny ad: a sexy young thing turning down ( so to speak) a guy in a bar with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and a full ashtray in front of him.Make a great anti-smoking commercial! |
