Please remember that you cannot mail food to the States without filling out major customs forms. The States figure that everyone that is not American is planning to poison them all. *sigh*
I have filled out these forms and it is a pain in the butt, but it can be done.

100% pure Canadian Maple Syrup. (And maple syrup toffee: its amazing)
Moose meat is actually quite good; a little rough, a little dry but....

send him some REAL maple syrup, they seem to only eat the fake stuff in america
and maybe some Tim Horton's coffee if he drinks coffee.
oh, and send him a few packets of Lafleurs Poutine mix |
