Canadian living in the US but working in Canada?

I'm a canadian citizen but would like to live in the US and work in Canada, are there any legal issues with this? Do I need a visa of some kind to do this?

I know people who live in Bellingham and travel to vancouver everyday for work. I dont think you need a green card as your not working in the US. There are tax implications tho as a US resdient you have to submit foreign income to the IRS but there is a tax deal between the two countries so you dont pay twice. You should investigate with the IRS as to implications before deciding

Not too sure, how you need to contact the immigration dept, I know people do my ex's boss and others were Canadian and worked here in Michigan and a lot of Canadians work in Detroit so it must not be too hard..

You probably need a visa to stay longer than 6 months but nobody cares. Homeland security is a joke.
