yes as as canadian i like australians..
i think if i had to live in any other part of the world i'd pick australia..
you all seem to have the same type of values as we do..
still sort of part of the british common wealth..
and you seem just as friendly.. environmentally considered.. and also it seems you guys see war the same way we do |

I've met so many Australians whilst travelling in the UK and Europe, with some of whom I've become good friends. Love them!
I like the Australian sense of adventure and fun, they laid back approach to life and the Aussie drawl.
Aussie,Aussie,Aussie! Oy! Oy! Oy!

You know, it's not fair to judge us poor Americans because we have an idiot in the White House!!!! Although they tote it as popular vote, the president is elected by electoral vote so it's not by popular opinion that he is there!! We are like any other country--Canada included---we have good people and bad people. Canadians have rude people too you know. I had one spit on my charge card in a Canadian store just because he didn't like the logo on my credit card. I've never had that happen in the States. |

Sure I like Australians, I'd say on average better than Americans, but I've met far fewer Australians and haven't been there so it's not really fair to judge.
For guys, the accent for sure.
Girls, friendliness, openness, naturalness. |

i tend to get along much better with australians than i do with americans......
our southern neigbors tend to abuse our hospitality so when they do, seing as they usually don't know the value of our currency we just reverse the exange rates, lol. |

I'm Canadian. I like some Australians and I like some Americans. However, I like Australia's government more than the U.S. government.
Most of the Australian's I've met have been traveling. I tend to like people who travel (adventurous spirits and such) so it makes sense that I like 99% of the Australians I meet. BUT, I've met many people from the US in my travels, and I've found a lot of them (not all though) to be rude, culturally insensitive and generally ignorant.
This is just my opinion and is in no way representative of the feelings of other Canadians. |

Most Canadians I've met are hugely civilised and great company, unlike their neighbours down south.
My besfriend is Canadian.
Australians are equally wonderful people, just a pity they are so hand-in-glove with the Yanks!
As for the Americans......dupes of he White House. |

I don't know, I usually try not to generalize but in the case of Australians I do, so prove me wrong please because it's not nice to generalize! I find them loud, obnoxious, heavy drinkers, and racists...but if you are the right colour, I guess it's fine to join them in the party and you'll have a great time with them... |
