There are no shots required for Canada unless you yourself are coming from a country that has contagious or infectious diseases that would require inocculation.
For example, someone coming from Africa may be required to prove that they received a vaccine for some of the diseases there. The best would be to check with Health Canada or the CDC.
The only concerns in Canada in recent times were Lime Disease (from deer ticks) and West Nile Virus (mosquitos), but the chances of being exposed to either of these is extremely low. You would have to be travelling in the summer and be exposed to the local fauna (camping trip, summer cottages, etc).
You can pretty much drink the water and have ice at any bar or restaurant here without concerns for Hepatitis and other diseases often associated with tropical locations. |

Certainly not! You are going to the country with the best health care in the world. There is no worry of catching an infectious disease, at least no more than in your own country! |

No, I would say your chances of getting malaria are pretty remote. |

No. Unless they are liquor shots. It is a long flight, depending on where you are departing from. |

I think you'll be okay, if your driving dont forget your drivers license and birth certificate. If your flying remember your passport. |

No. Just bring your usual ID, drivers license. Applicable health coverage is always good. Extra insurance by the day. That's about it. |

Yes, we Canadians are full of scary bad diseases that you can catch!!! It's probably due in part to the fact that we all live in igloos and spend so much time with our dog sleds and pet beavers. Or it could be our hazardous work as lumberjacks, eh?
Good grief!!! We are just to the north and we are NOT a third world country. Of course you don't need shots! |
