In the Lower Mainland of BC (Vancouver metro) marijuana usage rates among Canadians is some of the highest in the world. I live in Edmonton, and most of the people I know have tried it at some point. |

In my 23 years in law enforcement I'd have to say that it's not much more prevalent here then in the US. Its still illegal although minor possession is usually ignored. |

No, that is not true. All Canadians don't smoke, weed, Most Canadians don't smoke weed and the Majority of Canadians don't smoke weed. If anything, enforcement is more rigid in Canada for anything outside of medical usage. |
