I don't see why cause native americans don't sleep in tee pee's

hoser
No. Do Canadians think all Texans live on ranches?

Z
Probably as many Canadians think Americans all have guns and just shoot each other for kicks.

SaskAries
Yes some(and note I say some not all) Americans do think we live in Igloos or Tipi(Tepees) my niece she is 14 and lives in Clarksville Tenn, thinks that we live in Igloos. They are coming to visit us this summer and she seriously thinks we live in a igloo, so she is going to be pretty disappointed to see we live in a house. I am not sure why she is so adamant on this, it was cute the first time she said it when she was 11 but now it is just plain annoying.

Every nation has preconceived notions of how other nations live and it can be pretty hard to change their mind once they believe something

Jim Z
I don't think so, but I sometimes wonder on our Canadian travel brochures that they show eskimos and igloos.

Most Americans who have not visited their neighbors to the north think that it is winter year round and not very warm. Igloos withstanding, most Americans are well read on Canada.

LARA
No, just some inuits do.
