Mostly all across Canada the legal drinking age is 19, except for in Quebec which is 18. This goes for Casinos as well.

PocoAurora
Legal age to enter Casinos on the west coast is 19 years.
I believe the legal age of 21 applies to USA states.

Pork Chop
Nope. It depends on which province you are in, but it is either 18 or 19.

I don't know about all provinces, but in most it's 19 to get into casinos (also the legal drinking age)

19 in Ontario, 18 in Quebec, 19 in the Maritime provinces....pretty sure it's the same in the plains and western provinces....not sure about the territories (or if there are even casinos there)
