I know your Mommy has her hopes on you learning something so that you can move out of your shack to something better but I do not think this is what she meant. Have you thought about trying a little arithmetic or history or something like that. You could even be the first in your little corner of Dog Patch to know how to talk intelligently. Now there is something to hope for, don't you think? |

We use a variety of things. Sometimes, in the winter, it is very difficult to find anything and we don't like to venture out of our igloos so we hold it. When summer comes we gather at the town hall and pull twigs to see who gets the shorter one and we make them saddle up the ol' horse and head to the states and see if we can barter with our beaver pelts. We don't like to use twigs and leaves during the summer because we make our summer houses with that.
If you believe that you need to stay in school.
If you can buy it in the US chances are we have it up here too. Not too much difference in products.

Ahhhh yes. Another lame attempt at a joke by a disgruntled american. Sad you have nothing intelligent to offer the world. |

Yes, some people use bundles of twigs, and they work best if they still have leaves on. If you're lazy about collecting enough twigs, you can buy them at Wal-Mart. |

I find bundles of twigs a bit abrasive so I usually use rubber tree leaves (because they're large and smooth). A bit of advice - daffodil leaves are sharp......
