You will need apassport if you are going to FLY to Canada...and by summer 2009,to drive between the U.S.and Canada. To MOVE to Canada, you must apply to immigrate.This is a LOOONG,expensive, and difficult process...you cannot just pack your bag and go. See site below for immigration info. IF you are accepted for immigration,you would need to be a permanent resident for several years before you could apply for citizenship...and during that time, you would need an American passport to travel in or out of Canada.

I'm not 100% certain, but i'm pretty sure that u need a passport from your country that u are currently a citizen in. If ur from US u don't need a visa/passport (if u r an american citizen).
