The US may really push it as by 2010 Canada will have the largest reserves of the worlds 2 most marketable natural resources. Oil (Alberta Oil Sands) and fresh water. Maybe they will be asking to join Canada. |

No, since Canada has no known natural resources that is of any interest to the US government. Unless the influx of illegal aliens in the US create a space issue that force people to the north, but I don't see it happening within the next 100 years. There is a lot of land in the US that is still undeveloped. |
