Do you think you could move from Winnipeg to Edmonton on $1500 dollars ?

Without a university education. If you had to.

If you are moving with just a car load of stuff (no moving van or truck needed), it's just you (no partner or family) and have skills and experience that make you readily employable, then I would say yes, providing that you are willing to just rent a room (as opposed to an apt.) until you get a job.

Generally speaking, I advise people to have 3 to 6 months of expenses saved up before moving without having a job lined up ahead of time, and even then 3 months is advisable in case something happens or the job falls through (it happens!).

on $1,500, you could manage if you live very frugally, spend all your time looking for a job, and rent a room in a private house or in a hotel.

You might want to research the job market prior to making the move.

depends how much stuff you had. Lots of jobs out there, life is a lot easier with a steady incom

Not comfortably - i.e., with some peace of mind. Things are much more expensive in Edmonton and Alberta, in general, is more "degreed". What is needed there is skilled tradespeople. Are you one of those? If so, you may just make it!

You could move to any place in the world even without a university degree, as long as you can work and are willing to do so. $1500 isnt enough but what exactly are your intentions, it can help you pay for transportation and maybe some short stay accomodation. Good luck!

You could "move" yourself, but setting yourself up in Edmonton would be another story. With first and last month's rent needed to get a place to live, hooking up utilities etc...it would be tight.

Yes , you could drive to Winnipeg from Edmonton it is only 850 miles there and if you are not hauling too much stuff. It cost me around 800.00 but I was only pulling a U-Haul trailer behind . The total cost was only 1200.00 and I even ate on the way. So good luck to you on that trip.
