Canada does not have an official "national" flower. The link below gives you all the Provinces and Territories Official flowers. |

According to Wikipedia, Canada's unofficial national floral emblem is the maple leaf. |

each province has a provincial flower, here in Ontario ours is the trillium, a wild white flowe that grows in the woods, Nova Scotia is the Luppin, Alberta the Wild Rose, you can get info from each provinces offical website.
Like the states, we have our own provincial song, birds, flowers and animals, foods are not so much a provincial thing, there is poutine from Quebec, the west has its beef, we have our maple syrup and apples, it is a very multi-faceted country. |

The floral emblem of Ontario, Canada is known as the White Trillium. This flower grows freely in the forests and woodlands. The White Trillium can be recognized by the three white waxy petals that protrude from each flower. This flower blooms in April and in May. The Trillium is very sensitive to sunlight. The blossoms are usually facing in the direction of the sun. The Trillium is a protected species of flower, and should not be picked. |

Nova Scotia's provincial flower is the trailing arbutus (Mayflower). New Brunswick's is the purple violet. |

I would say it's the tulip, because ever since Canada liberated the Netherlands in WWII, the Dutch Royal family has sent 20,000 tulips to Canada each year. It's refered to as " The Gift Of Tulips ". |
