I live in Edmonton, and really the only people that go are those that work there and tourists. If you do plan on going, go on a week-day, it's not so crowded. There are a ton of things to do, the amusement park, the water park, the sea lion show, watch the flamingo's, ice skating and of course....shopping!!!!!!!

jumpjump939
oh i love it, best indoor amusment park and water slides eva just don't go on a saturday try going on a weekday

kent_shakespear
I was there several times over the summer.

It's part mall, part amusement park. I myself was not particularly amazed.

Been there many times, but personally I find it far to crowded for my liking. Lots to see and do there.

OMG it's awesome!!!!!!!! biggest mall in the world, sooooo many stores, skating rink(if your lucky you can see the Oilers practicing!), huge wave pool/water park, amusement park, flamingos lol, roller coater, pirate ship lol, and more. it's a really cool place. you can do sooooooo much stuff there. you'll never be bored. the only downsides are parking(always very crowded), ussually pretty busy inside, and walking a long ways to get to another store or stuff like that. still very fun though!

i was only able to drive by it. it sucked so much i really wanted to see it, but my stepfather was a trucker at the time and we were just going through and didnt have time to stop, such a shame. i would love to see the inside.....its so big!

I remember the 1st time I went, there was no water park then. There was lots of hype but left thinking.it's just a mall with extras.
It has expanded since my 1st visit and underwent lots of change. I live here now and have been there a couple times this past year-I try to park near the door closest to my destination inside the mall. I get what I need and maybe see if anyone is skating and then I leave.
I think if you've never been it is worth seeing so when you finally go enjoy yourself.

Enjoy!

WEM is fun for the first few visits.

Ya I live in Edmonton so I go all the time. Go on a weekday and in the middle of the day. Stay away from Saturdays and Friday nights. It gets so busy that its no fun anymore!
