You can not "legally" work in any part of Canada unless you are a permanent resident moreover you'll need to take (graduate) necessary course (s) from a reputable college or a university in Canada in order to work as a nurse

Canada is a bad place to work. Wages are low and you need stupid useless certificates for many of the simplest jobs. I wish I lived somewhere else because this country sucks. Lots of unemployment, high suicide rates, high drug abuse rates, and a corrupt goverment. Oh, and homelessness is on the rise. There is nothing good about Canada. Even the healthcare sucks.

I think the others have given good advice. Be sure to ask if your credentials are accepted here or if you would need upgrade them to meet Canadian standards. Many professionals come here only to find out their credentials are not accept and the Canadian experience become the Canadian nightmare.
I know two women both teachers one from India and one from Czech., both speak 4 or 5 languages, very intelligent and were not qualified to teach. One is still on social assistance and it is just a crying shame the other is a secretary/accounting clerk.
Please investigate fully.

Try this. Search Government of Canada. When you click on the web-site you will see a link called Job Bank. If you click on that link you can enter your trade and find jobs all across Canada. There is a definite shortage of nurses especially for the elderly in New Brunswick, it may make immigrating easier if you try for an area with a chronic shortage of people. Good luck.
