Has anybody heard of this "Omni Canadian Hotel" manager named Rose?

It's seems too good to be true, but my guts tells me that it's a scam. My cousin (who's in another country) got an invitation for employment opportunity from e-mail and asked me about the company. I told her that it's a scam (there's a lot of scam here in Jersey). It supposed to be there in Toronto. Can anybody give me an Info?

I live in Canada and I got one from someone calling themselves "Miss Rose from the Omni Hotel" the email was badly written with lots of mistakes, please do not be taken in by these people.

Did the email your cousin received from the Omni Hotel look like this scam email?

Again, employers do not contact candidates randomly.

There are Omni hotels in Canada but It is most likely a scam. Hotels or any businesses for that matter don't send random people work offers. Especially in Ontario where there are more than enough unemployed people to fill any position locally.

Don't send them any info or cash.

I have worked in the hotel business for 13 years - trust me when I tell you that no hotel will ever send a random invitation for employment. This is a scam - and not a very good one, by the sounds of it. Tell your cousin to delete the message immediately and report it as spam.
