All you need is a visitor's visa if you are coming for just one month. You do not even need that if you are a US citizen. Go to the Canadian immigration link and check to see if a visa is needed for visitor's from your country. If it is, start the process by applying through a visa office in your country.

Let me give you some free (cheap advice). Instead of visiting Canada for one month, couldn’t you instead, clean up your grammar? Is it possible for you to write one legible sentence or question?

Save money, buy a ticket and have your passport and i.d with you.

It's easy to get into the U.S the illegal way, but for those who are law abiding and have morals, getting a U.S visa is harder. Canada has put more restrictions on legal visitors as well.

You would not even need a student visa to come here for one month unless, in that time, you decided to go to school. Then you would have to have one.

A one month visit is pretty much considered a vacation. I'm not sure what country you live in but it's best to have your visa and i.d. with a picture on it.

You are legally allowed to stay in Canada as a visitor for 6 mths., after that time, you would be required to go home, even for a short time and then you could return again. After 6 mths. without returning home, you would be considered an illegal alien.

The student visa would only apply if you intended to go to school in the time that you are down here. For sure, if you intend to attend school, you will need a student visa. But if you just want to come here for a vacation, you just need your passport and a photo i.d. and you can stay here for up to 6 mths. If you do intend to go to school, then a student visa is required. It's not clear to me whether this would be a vacation for you and you just wanted to use your student visa to get into the country or if you actually wanted to attend a school.

Quote from Immigration Canada site:

"Working or going to school in Canada
You cannot work or go to school in Canada without the proper permit. You will be asked to leave Canada if you work or study without a permit, or if you violate the conditions of your visa."

"The date that you must leave Canada will be stamped in your passport. If you have a study permit or a work permit, the same expiry date will also be stamped in it."

I included the website below for Immigration Canada, if you'd like to check it out yourself....

if you have a student visa...you can't leave the US... run the risk of not being able to come back. Just stay in the US...besides... the dollar is weak now ;-)
