What do you mean by a place out of town? Are you looking for a place to stay? There are tons of homestay, B&B and farmstay places, if that's what you're after. Just google up any of those categories and narrow your search down to the area where you want to be.
If that isn't what you're looking for, I'm sorry, but you'll have to give a few more details or explain just what it is you're looking for.
