Okay, My friend just moved from scarborough to richmond hill. she has no ideas of how to get to yorkdale mall from richmond hill. so can someone please give me the directions to get to yorkdale mall? and like how much would it cost for the tickets and stuff? please and thank you! Since you said tickets, I assume you want to get there by transit. I don't know your friend lives exactly but you can take the VIVA express bus to Downsview station, and then take the subway just two stop south to Yorkdale - the station is directly connected to the mall. If you're in central Richmond Hill you can take the purple VIVA bus to York Univ. and the orange bus to Downsview.

VIVA (and other YRT) buses cost $2.75 and TTC subway costs $2.75 for one fare but $2.25 if you buy 5+ tokens.

Are you driving or taking the bus?
If driving, take the 401 west and get off at Yorkdale.
If you are busing it, then take the bus to the subway and then take the east-west line directly to Yordale Station.
