well first you put the letter in the envelope
second you seal the envelope
third you put your return addrtess in the upper left corner
next in the middle put the full adress you are sending to in Canada including postal code
Next as long as your letter is standard weight (less then 1 oz) affix $.69 postage for first-class mail international
Finally go to the mailbox or Post Office and send off the letter
