I live about 5 minutes away from Whitby, And it takes me 25 minutes to get to Toronto soo I would say about 30 minutes from Toronto to Whitby.

Depends on where in Toronto ou are going from and where in Whitby you are going to. It's approx 41km so about 20-30Mins

It was about 15-20 minutes when we drove up there.
Really they are all different cities but its all a part of Toronto they are so close together, so I almost consider Whitby a part of Toronto but I know the difference.
