CANADA ROCKS

Child, considering that Canada is the second largest country in the World... That's kinda like asking "Are all Basketball players tall?"

The answer is Yes and No. (To both.)

Depending on what you like to do, you'll find fun stuff (if you actually go out of the hotel and look or ask around). Whether your idea of a good time is skiining, shopping, theatre, tourist stuff, or anything else...you'll find it almost everywhere. Just go in with your eyes wide open. If your idea of a fun time is Broadway Theatre, you're probably not going to find much in a dinkly little town North of 60 (as in North of the Arctic Circle), or in the less Urban areas down South.

If you're into Downhill Skiing, you don't go to PEI.
If you're into Eco-Tourism, the Yukon, North West Terriroties, and Nunavut are all great whether in the Winter or Summer...just be prepared either way,
etc...

What you like and where you go will have a big impact on whether you have fun or are bored.

Good Luck!

It is what you make of it. It's not so much non stop fun that fun just overwhelms you no matter where you are in Canada at what time. There is lots to see and do but you need to do some research about the area you want to visit before you go there, so you will be able to plan what you want to take in and you will have a much better time that way. Look it up by the city or region, not just "Canada" because it's way to big and diverse to get specific.

Depends where you go. There are a a lot of places that define middle of nowhere. Out big 3 cities are amazing. Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal are all wonderful exciting cities. Alberta has great skiing.
O and don't listen to Foray, he's a chump.

If you like to spend time outdoors, it's an amazing country. There are lakes, rivers, mountains, parks, forests, and everything like that.

A city like Vancouver would be perfect. You could actually go skiing and go to the beach in the same day. Vancouver is right on the ocean and has nice beaches. It also has mountains directly to the north. You could be downtown, then on the top of a mountain within an hour or so if you wanted to.

But if you're American, don't bring your parents unless they're really cool. Americans are starting to ruin Vancouver because they're so loud and obnoxious.

Canada is fun as long as you are and you stay out of hicktowns.
