It's gettting snowier the last few years and it certainly isn't any warmer.

To answer your question, probably when pigs fly.

Not really very soon - likely hundreds or thousands of years from now....... it's as you said "Jazz"........... and many are making money from scaring the average person. we have gone through warm and cold cycles for many millions of years.

knh959
The term "Global Warming" is a bit of a misnomer. Climate Change is a more accurate description of what is happening to the environment. While the polar icecaps are receding and it seems like the world is getting hotter the truth of the matter is that we are experiencing more severe weather than in the past, whether it is hotter, dryer summers or colder, snowier winters. Here in Victoria we've had a miserable cold, snowy winter this year. I've lived here for 25 years and have never seen weather this bad for this long before. Even 1996 when we had the largest snowfall on record didn't last this long. I NEED SOME HEAT!!!!

Here in Newfoundland, we have had mild temperatures and no snowstorms as of yet. We might pay for it in February and March, though. We'll have to wait and see.

Dangermanmi6
not soon enough I'm tired of moving 16 tons of snow each winter even with a snowblower I'd like to ride my motorbike all year round. Besides what has a Polar bear done for me lately

michinoku2001
Never, even Victoria has been cold this winter. Vancouver is now trying to scrape together the money to buy new snow ploughs before the Olympics after the recent chaos.

I think the unusual weather patterns we have been experiencing are due to global warming. But a snowless winter sounds good to me. Can it start today?
