If you need one quickly and still have his old one you can get one in 8 hours by calling them up and requesting a premium appointment at your local passport office. Its Â£114 and your appointment should be in the next few days

You can also request a fast track appointment which is Â£97 and is a guaranteed one week service from the date of your appointment

If hes never had one before you can only apply by post, the fee is Â£72 and itl take about 6 weeks as hel have to be interviewed and so on

The post office do a check and send service which takes about 2 weeks if its a renewal (although thats not guaranteed) and charge five pounds extra

Also you can apply by post, your talking about 3 weeks if its a renewal and thats not guaranteed, Â£72

A first adult passport is Â£72.00 and should take 3 weeks by post, you cant get the forms from the post office. The post office also offer a check and send service which costs and extra Â£5.00 payable after they check it and the passport should then only take 2 weeks

For applicants within Canada getting a new passport will cost $87 (all figures in Canadian Dollars). For those applying form the U.S. the fee is $95. Anyone applying from outside Canada or the United States the fee is $100.

This depends on how you apply. Just got son his and it cost Â£57.00 with the post office and it was here within the week. This was for a replacement not a new one.

I agree with HighHT, but have one suggestion. Fill out the application online, then go into the office. When I went there were about 75 people ahead of me in the office. People who fill it out online get priority, I was the 2nd person called. Saved me about 2 hours.

It took me three weeks to get it back in the mail. Best to start now.
