Ontario drinking age is 19. Quebec and Manitoba (provinces next to Ontario) drinking age is 18, so you may want to go that extra distance.
All of Canada you need to be of drinking age to get in. You also need picture id like a driver's license or passport. Something like student id is usually rejected. If a group of 19 year olds enter the bar that they don't usually frequent. Yes, they going to check id's, probably everyone's.

The drinking age in Ontario is 19. They will check everyones I.D. if you look under 25. It is pretty automatic. You could try going to Manitoba or Quebec, the provinces on either side, where the drinking age is onle 18.
Big Daddy Jim

19...have fun and be safe! Also the 18 just wont be able to get in unless they had some reallly good fake ids (not encouraged)...tell the 18 year olds to hold off for a few months and take them there for their birthday, they'll have much more fun because then they wont have to worry about getting into trouble
