first of all its a postal code...and you kinda need the address. My suggestion would be to visit -http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/pcl/bin/advanced-e.asp

Winnipeg (you misspelled it in your question) is a big place and so would have a few postal codes. You need an actual address of the place you want to write to in Winnipeg before anything else.
