How to get from airport to downtown Toronto?

What different ways are there to get from Pearson airport to downtown Toronto? I know there is an airport bus but are there any other ways? Does the subway go to the airport? Or do the regular city buses go there?

TTC rocket upto Kipling Sub way station and Sub way to yonge and bloor,Air port TAxi,ask any freind to pick u.
Best option u already know...Air port Bus

ACACRIS
There are TTC buses for $2.75 that you can take. The closest Subway will be Lawrence west station.
Airporter bus is around $16.00

There are two TTC bus routes leaving from Terminal 1 ground level. 58 and 192. They both take you to Subway stations (Lawrence W and Kipling respectively). You can transfer to subway and get to Down Town. All this is one fare of $ 2.75 . Please have exact change the driver does not give change.

Chris is wrong. There is no Terminal 2. They are re-building it.

Your BEST bet is to take the reasonably priced Airport Shuttle Bus to any of the major downtown hotels, then go from there. Ask at the airport, or follow the signs.

It's fast enough, cheap enough, and will take you where you need to go. If you are a tourist or not familiar with the city, I DO NOT suggest taking the TTC (public city bus) from the airport to any of the nearby subway stations. I also DO NOT suggest a cab, as it will cost you an arm and a leg.

Take the shuttle bus, and tell the driver where you eventually want to go. If he does not stop at your hotel/area, he/she will give you good directions. This bus mostly caters to tourists/out of towners, so you should get all the help you need.

Last I was in T.O., they were working on the subway line to extend it to the airport. As far as I know, this has not yet been completed.

Good luck!

Gardiner Exp West, 427 North.

Bloor Subway to Kipling Stn. Take Airport Bus from there.

Taxi.

Airtransit.

EDIT:: Reverse the order of the first two, as I incorrectly read your question.

Other than airport limo you can take the Bus Toronto Transit from Terminal 2 the 192 Highway Rocket takes you to Kipling station and from there you take the train East to Union Station from there you can get a Taxi to your Hotel

The cheapest way is probably to cab to eglinton and renforth, there is a bus roundabout just west of there on eglinton. There, take the mississauga bus eglinton and hurontario. transfer to the 19 southbound to the square one terminal. take the number 3 to the subway (kipling) and then take the subway to downtown toronto. A long trip, but It will cost you roughly 13 dollars

Or just cab it all the way to kipling/downtown to save yourself the stress.
