How would Canadians rate George Bush on a scale of 0 to 10?

I'm interested in the comments and if anyone would be crazy enough to go above 0!!!! HERE WE GO

1) On the Economy Rate Bush
0 = Atrocious handling,
10 = Marvelous!
Comments: (optional)

2) On foreign policy and decision making: (0 to 10) rate

3) On education of the President in academic subjects (0 to 10) based on perception of the public. (0 to 10)

4) On the level of accomplishments Bush has contributed to North America as a continent. (0 to 10)

5) On Bush's ability to provide comic relief. 0 = None whatsoever,
10 = He's like a Rick Mercer

6) Bush's choice of cabinet members (Vice President Dick Cheney, Rumsfeld, Condoleeza Rice, etc.

7) Bush's follow-up action in backing his eagerness to work with Mr. John Poutine from Canada in efforts to get Bush re-elected back in 2004. (0 to 10)

RATE these 7 items (0 to 10 scale) and include optional comments.
Additional Details
I also worked very well with John Poutine myself. I ate so much Poutine I had to go to the John. *joke*

1) 10 - He has done an outstanding job of destroying not just his own economy but of those of the rest of the world.

2) 10 - He has succeeded at waging more greed wars than any other President in the History of the country with his dad coming in a close 2nd.

3) Minus 2 He has an education? News to me!

4) Well let's see.....I'm thinking. Hold on! It will come to me.Well he did eventually say sorry to those people in New Orleans when their city got washed away.... does that count?

5) Minus 10 Rick Mercer is a great comedian and this question is an insult to him. If I were a troll I would report you!

6) 8 He succeeded in choosing some of the worst in American history. Too bad he forgot to lock them in the Cabinet. He loses 2 points for that goof up!

7) minus 5 He might have learned something if he had worked with Mr. Poutine instead of trying to insult him. No scratch that! You need a brain to learn something and I understand that if one is ever found in Mr. Bush, the Smithsonian wants to put it on display there. They have apparently been looking for it for years with no success.

George Bush is the best president ever. I give him 8 out of 10 for putting the US in such a mess that the rest of the world can now throw off US domination of their economies and foreign policies. I mean even tiny peon nations like venezula, iran, north korean basically all now tell the US where to shove .... a new world order!!

I would give him for all 7 questions a cumulative -10, he has destroyed the US reputation abroad and made the American people targets and loathed around the world, hopefully Mr Obama will be able to restore some dignity to your reputation around the world or another 9/11 is only a short distance away.

Not Canadian and would give him a zero on everything.

The one ahead of me is too funny! Somebody who hit the thumbs down button has NO sense of humour!

I am not so witty so I rate all the questions 0. Well maybe a 1 on the humour one. But it is not good humour that makes you roll around on the floor howling. It's more of a chuckle, brought on by embarrassment and disbelief.

I would score W a 10 only because of question 5 he makes me laugh.

The US was the leader of the free world and in 8 short years has become the laughing stock of the world. They have squandered everything they once held so dear. The damage is done and President Obama isn't going to be able to fix it.

3) 2. He seems as if he has a 3rd grade education, but that's about it.
4) 0
5) 8. He is actually quite funny except when he does something to harm Canada.
6) I don't know. Maybe a 5.
7) lol! Umm... 0

Omg I remember that Jean Poutine thing!
Anyway, normally he wouldn't be mine to rate but he's not doing the best for the American Economy and thus ours. But you can't blame it all on him, Americans had it coming big time. And everyone knows he's an idiot.
