Ask them. If someone is selling you something, then they would know what kinds of payment they accept, whether it be credit card (possibly plus currency exchange fee, though some Canadian stores do business in both currencies), international money order, etc.
They would also tell you if they don't do business outside the country. Or if there's extra fees for doing so (currency exchange or more expensive shipping). |

It depends on the situation. There are several options.
As somebody already mentioned, PayPal makes moving money across different national borders very easy. They just take a small percentage for their trouble.
You can also mail a personal check, and then it will be up to the receiver to exchange the currency through his or her bank. This can take up to 30 days, and there is also a service charge, so it is best to ask whoever you are sending money to if this will be okay.
You can also send a postal money order, which you buy at your post office. But make sure to tell them that it is going to another country, or they will sell you one which cannot be deposited outside of the U.S.
These days, digital money is really convenient and fast, but PayPal does have fairly high fees and many people don't like them. There are other companies which move money digitally, but I've never used them. I've had a lot of success with PayPal and have made many transactions through them with no problems.
Good luck! |

paypal,
if you think you need to make such payment again in future, select paypal. if this is not a that regular case. you can make it through western union, that will save your time.
as if you dont have paypal, it will take some two/ to three days to make an account, and make the payment cleared. |
