I'm trying to write a list of towns in Canada that share a name with a town in the UK. Can anyone help?

Additional Details
In response to a couple of your replies, I'm British, but live in Canada and I'm looking for twon names rather than counties or regional areas. Thanks for your replies!

There are tons in the province of Ontario alone....

Peterborough
Brighton
Bradford
Cambridge
Lancaster
Scarborough (now part of Toronto)

Not to mention county and region names in Ontario too
Leeds

Those are the ones I know off the top of my head. Your list could go on and on if you include all of Canada and do some research!

A classic reference book is William B. Hamilton's "The MacMillan Book of Canadian Place Names"
(ISBN 0-7705-1524)
Happy hunting.

smart guy
You would be better to give us a list of the towns in the UK and we could tell you what towns do not share a name with a Canadian town. The list would be shorter i believe.
from the world map i have the city listed in the UK that i do not know if there is one in Canada is Nottingham. But that does not mean there`s not one.You are not grasping the size of Canada.I spend my vacations trying to see all of Canada and if i live long enough i mite see half,at least that's my goal.
