I AM NOT PROUD TO BE CANADIAN WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK ?
Hello everyone im just thinking What othering Canadian think of one of there own that HATE begin Canadian and wish that i was American .
Ive never been proud to be Canadian but i do respect the Troops that fight for canada because my father is Military but i really want to join the us army and for the the FREEDOM OF THE UNITED STATES because thats wat it stands for im just wondering what other canadianbs think and if there is any Americans that have any info on join the us amry let me know
my little brother just left home for final training and we won't see him again till he finished his tour in Afghanistan. He's trained with American troops and from his experience he would rather be in the Canadian Military.
What Freedom does the US have that Canada doesn't? Their quality of live isn't any better than ours.
If yo would rather be American that's up to you. Apply to immigrate as soon as you can get your work permits and join the military if that's what will make you happy.

After you reach adulthood, you will perhaps find that you really don't know that much about your own country. Your current infatuation with the USA is typical of a kid who watches too much TV and isn't well informed.
Does you Mum know that you are using the computer for this mindless nonsense ?

So move. Who cares? It's your personal opinion and you are entitled to it.
Quit whining about it and do something to make yourself happy but I'm not going to let you get me upset over it all.

shame on u.canada is a wonderful country.i wish i lived there.

I believe you need a green card before you can enlist in the US military.
Capitain R.
Dude. Im american.
Canada looks and is ran almost like america.
In america they say you have freedom of speach, and stuff like that, but they can find a way to get you in trouble for anything.
So basicly the only difference between you and me is
You say "im canadian"
and I say "Im american"
other than that there is no difference.
Bob D
You are entitled to your opinion, that is the same in both Nations. For the record, many Canadians have enlisted in the US Military especially during the Vietnam and Korean Wars. We are so close physically and culturally that your view isn't as surprising as you think. Sorry to hear you think so little of your heritage but ce la vie.

I think you can join the forces there. What gives with you not being proud of your country? I find it hard to understand.
