no, you cannot come and visit vancouver unless you apllied for a visitors visa in canadian embassy in manila....then you can show canadian border via bellingham that you have a visitors visa....if you are a u.s. citizen then you dont need a visa to come to canada. |

Nope... you can't.
You have to go back to the Philippines and have a Visa issued there.
Any Canadian Embassy or Consulate will not even accept your Visa Application unless you are in the place of your residence. and your place of residence is Philippines. Hence, you won't. |

You should have taken a canadian visa before you left Philippines if you were planning to go to Canada. Your visa is only for the US and four six months only.
You have to go back to the Philippines to get a Canadian Visa. |

You can visit Canada, if you already have a tourist visa in your possession.
The Canadian consulate/embassy handles visa and passport issues for Canadian citizens, not those of other countries. However, you can ask them whether they will process yours. If they choose to do so, the processing time is anywhere from 3 - 30 days.
It is much more likely that you would have to apply through the PHILLIPINE consulate in the US, or return to the Phillipines and submit your application (through the CANADIAN consulate) from there. |
