Yes you may have a problem. Canadian customs is strict and I have a friend who got into trouble 15 years ago for a dui and they have turned him around. Honestly, it's really boils down to officer discretion. It really depends on who you get on the line. Good luck!

Like the guy above said, if you're considered rehabilitated you shouldn't have a problem. But if they ask about it be completely honest, they might give you problems if you try to hide it.
